Kidney Stones.....OUCH
I have not posted lately anything due to a family member undergoing surgery on his kidney. He had kidney stones really in both kidneys, but had surgery on one twice to remove all the stones. He had a baseball size one and a few quarter size ones. Not to mention, there were small ones too. That was just one kidney! The other kidney has the same amount if not more and it will be operated on in July.

Been Busy...and.....
So it has been a few days since my last post. Holy Hell it has been hectic and it maybe getting more soon. Go to love baseball season and two kiddos on separate teams.
Today my youngest had field day at school which consists of water games and two blow up water slides. When I did field day at my school it was 100 meter dash and other games like that. Nothing fun like that at all.
After all the fun with my son, him and I went to Wal-Mart to get some sunscreen for his oldest brother. He has a field trip to a water park on Monday and I figured we would get it out of the way since my boys will be visiting with their daddy this weekend.
Then, we went to my fiance's job and got some BBQ and it was very good. We were going to go home, but I talked with my mom and we met up at Cheddars to visit. I found out that my step-dad is having surgery a week from Tuesday. Turns out that he has kidney stones in both kidney's and the Lipotripsy will not work because in each kidney there are a couple golf ball size stones. So, they are going to do one kidney at a time and he will be in the hospital for at least a week. For those who do not know what Lipotripsy is here is the definition from Google:
"Shock Wave Lithotripsy (SWL) is the most common treatment for kidney stones in the U.S. Shock waves from outside the body are targeted at a kidney stone causing the stone to fragment. The stones are broken into tiny pieces. lt is sometimes called ESWL: Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy®."

I am thinking that I should call it a day, but my oldest has a baseball game tonight and in the morning. I want a nap.

Starbucks this Morning
This morning after dropping my two boy's off at school this morning, I drove to the Starbucks by my house since I had a reward available. Oh how I was wanting a Nonfat Mocha with and extra shot of espresso this morning. The line was very long this morning and the SUV in front of me had window decals and they caught my eye.
As the line moved up, I still kept glancing at the decals on this woman's SUV. The car in front of here took off pretty quick and it was her turn. Then she got her order and I pulled up to the window. I told the cashier that I wanted to use my reward and she said that there was no need, that the car in front of me paid for my coffee this morning. I was speechless and didn't know what to say. I told the cashier thank you and then I drove off. The main goal was to get to the SUV so I could tell them thank you, but they drove off. The next time I go to Starbucks, I plan to pay it forward by giving my reward to the car behind me.
I know that the lady in the SUV will not really know how much it brighten my day, but I hope that she knows that I am very thankful for her kind actions this morning how she made my faith in kindness renew. Thanks!

App Review: Pushbullet - Surprising App to Sync All Your Devices
-----
In today’s digital world we have phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, etc., and there are times that we will need to charge our phone or we are not near it. Now imagine, you are at home or work and an important text message, email, or call comes and your phone is in other room or in your desk; you missed it because you were not aware. This happens to people more often that you think and now there is an app that can solve this problem for you called Pushbullet.

What services does Pushbullet offer?
Pushbullet is genius when it comes to making all your devices work together. Pushbullet can:
• Send text messages
• See your phone’s notifications
• Follow interesting things
• Send links
• Chat with friends
• Send files
All of this can be done from your computer or tablet without having to locate your phone and the other party will never know that you reply to them from your computer. It is very simple to use and would be great for anyone who uses the computer a lot.
Pros and Cons
Pushbullet is great in my opinion when it comes to syncing all your notifications and SMS messages to your laptop or computer. When you get a text message, a box will pop up and just like messenger for Facebook it has a chat head. The chat heads are great and are only available via the computer. This app is not quite perfect; it does have some issues with updating the text messages on Pushbullet with what is on your phone. I have chalked it up to a bug in the system as here lately they have been experiencing issues with their server. However, with most apps that you get, there will be a few bugs and Pushbullet developers are very quick to fix the problems.
It is worth it?
Yes! I feel this app is great to use and will continue to be useful. The free version is great to use unless you decide to text more than 100 times a month from your computer or tablet. The best thing to do would be to try out the free version for a few weeks before you decide to get the paid version.
In all honesty, I have been using Pushbullet free version for a month now and I am on the computer a lot, so I wouldn’t benefit from Pushbullet Pro as I am not sending over 100 text messages from my computer. However, this is a great tool to have on a business computer so you are not always checking your phone for that important text message.
What’s the Cost?
Pushbullet has a free version and a paid version. The free and paid versions of differ in many ways.
