When I got my pans I couldn’t wait to use them. I proceeded to get the regular muffin tin and there was a burn mark in the plastic that went all the way through to the other side. Despite that it was perfect. I washed the pans good and used the regular cupcake mold with a breakfast dish. Be sure when using the silicon molds to have a cookie sheet underneath for stability. I learned that the hard way and made a big mess. The egg bake I made in the muffin pans turned out great and it did not stick to the pan. I was very impressed.
